DH2i: Bringing High Availability to Microsoft SQL Server on Kubernetes

An Intellyx Brain Candy Update

When we last covered DH2i in March 2021, the company focused on bringing high availability (HA) clustering to Microsoft SQL Server for hybrid IT and multi-cloud environments.

In the intervening time, the company has moved its HA clustering to containers running on any flavor of Kubernetes.

For Microsoft, DH2i helps SQL Server customers run their enterprise databases on Linux. However, the value proposition of the technology is much broader.

Leveraging its zero-trust network access tunneling, DH2i can spread HA clusters across disparate Kubernetes deployments, within and across data centers and various clouds.

The result is HA failover that is simple to configure and manage, even for complex hybrid and multi-cloud deployments.
