When we last covered Lineaje in February 2023, the company focused on supply chain security management, including software bill of materials (SBOM) integrity detection, assessment, and management, providing ISVs, cloud-based companies, and enterprise software shops with the assurance their software supply chains meet whatever security and quality policies they wish to define.
Since that time, Lineaje has expanded its offering to support continuous sourcing with its open-source manager. It also offers a hub to help software vendors publish compliant software and a third-party risk manager for organizations incorporating open-source software into their own applications.
Lineaje extends the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) phases of the modern software lifecycle by adding continuous sourcing at the beginning and continuous compliance at the end.
Lineaje has achieved the most market traction with government clients and is now expanding into the private sector, in particular, regulated industries like healthcare.
