An Intellyx Brain Candy Update
We last covered mogenius when I spoke with them at KubeCon in April 2023.
Since that time, the company has matured its Kubernetes management platform, which offers self-service workspaces that simplify Kubernetes setup as well as day two operations, relieving DevOps teams while improving the developer experience.
mogenius takes a team-focused approach, empowering DevOps and development teams with different levels of expertise to manage toolchains and infrastructure, troubleshoot containers and pods, and manage workloads and Kubernetes resources.
Each team has its own workspace for monitoring and troubleshooting its Kubernetes workloads. mogenius provides the necessary role-based access control and network policies for each workspace.
To support developers, mogenius offers monitoring and observability for Kubernetes clusters and pods. This observability can leverage eBPF in the Linux kernel when the Kubernetes environment supports it.
Self-service deployments with mogenius can leverage pre-configured pipelines from Git repositories, template libraries, and various artifacts including helm charts, container images, and manifests.
mogenius is fully cloud native, running as Kubernetes operators. The platform is thus vendor and Kubernetes environment neutral, running on all flavors of Kubernetes.
mogenius is based in Europe and focuses on the European market. It thus supports European compliance requirements for data sovereignty, privacy, etc.
