A lot has changed with Cast AI since we last covered the company in July 2021.
Cast AI now offers an application performance automation platform that optimizes both CPU and GPU usage by mirroring compute nodes across local and cloud-based infrastructure.
The platform is cloud native and provides Kubernetes cost optimization. Cast AI can shift Kubernetes workloads based upon cost and other parameters, thus offering a kind of arbitrage across compute nodes.
Cast AI also leverages eBPF in the Linux kernel to monitor runtime activity, detecting anomalies and generating contextual, real-time alerts that support automated risk remediation and prioritization across Kubernetes clusters.
