To perform a search with Bridges by Babylon Software, right-click on any word, and search results pop up. Leveraging the company’s patented indexing approach, results cover both structured and unstructured information across the corporate landscape.
Bridges combines pre-indexed documents, data extracted via ETL, as well as real-time data access to generate its results in real-time.
The right-clicking capabilities require the Bridges client on Windows, but users can also search terms in browsers on any platform.
Users can also perform searches by the more traditional approach of typing into a search field. In addition, Bridges uses generative AI to translate some natural language search prompts into SQL statements that return structured data.
Bridges’ parent company, Babylon Software, offers translation services via a similar right-click interface, but the company is now primarily focused on Bridges.
