August 28, 2015 – Originally founded as the ‘ZapThink Architect Group’ on January 7, 2008, the LinkedIn Group ‘Agile Architecture Revolution’ today surpassed 1,000 members.
Tony Bowen, Senior Principal Enterprise Architect at Broadcom was the thousandth person to join the group. “From the early days at ZapThink, I’ve appreciated your vision and perspectives, which have helped my teams deliver real value and drive actionable change,” Bowen told Jason Bloomberg, president of Intellyx. “Happy to be part of the revolution.”
The group is open to all professionals interested in agile architecture and agile digital transformation, and is carefully moderated by Jason Bloomberg in order to maintain the integrity of the group.
“Digital transformation reflects how customer preferences and behavior are driving enterprise technology decisions,” Bloomberg said. “To rise to this end-to-end challenge, organizations must properly leverage architecture to maintain business agility. That’s what the Agile Architecture Revolution signifies.”
Agile Architecture Revolution is also the name of Bloomberg’s 2013 book. His next book is tentatively titled Agile Digital Transformation.
In addition to moderating the LinkedIn group, Bloomberg contributes to Forbes, publishes Intellyx’s biweekly newsletter the Cortex, and contributes to the TechBeacon, Compliance at Velocity, and Business of Data blogs.
