Digital transformation is about the fundamental upending of business models and a paradigm shift in which the customer experience is at the center of everything. - A help desk/ticket management solution
- A business intelligence (BI) solution
- An IoT management solution
- A collaboration solution
Their purpose-driven, inter-platform integrations enable organizations to rapidly develop and deploy mobility-based solutions with the baked-in functionality that mission-critical applications require. For instance, applications created in their rapid application development solution are automatically integrated into their EMM solution for ease of control and management and have built-in connections to their BI solution to provide robust reporting and insights on application usage. It is an ambitious vision for the future, but one that a mobile-first, digitally transformed world may sorely need.
