Alchemy IoT has recently launched itself into the exploding Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) marketplace with an asset intelligence application that supports the health, operations, and maintenance of geographically distributed industrial assets – for example, equipment for construction, mining, and agriculture.
Alchemy leverages unsupervised machine learning (ML), which is faster and less expensive than supervised ML, but also tends to be less accurate.
Alchemy intends to address the shortcomings of unsupervised ML with its proprietary ‘self-learning’ technology, bridging the supervised and unsupervised approaches by automating many of the activities that data scientists typically have to perform.
