The company pulls together these diverse product lines with a low-code platform that supports automation across content services and omnichannel customer engagements.
Newgen built all of its products in-house on the now-aging Java EE platform, which it is in the process of transitioning to a cloud-native architecture running on Kubernetes.
This rearchitecture is supporting Newgen’s ability to offer robotic process automation (RPA), AI-driven analytics, and greater support for cloud deployments, mobility, machine learning, and DevOps across its product line.
