Nylas consumes unstructured communications data and leverages AI and metadata enrichment to improve and automate employee workflows, thus increasing productivity.
Input data can include emails, calendar information, Slack or other chatbot content, pdfs, WhatsApp messages, etc. Nylas then uses AI to extract meaning and applies data enrichment to add structure to the information.
Nylas provides a low-code interface for building automated workflows and user experiences based on these enriched data in order to reduce employee and customer busywork, thus improving both employee productivity and the customer experience.
