Infrrd offers an intelligent document processing (or IDP) platform for driving business decisions and task execution models out of the stream of documents and unstructured data that flows through every enterprise.
To this analyst the IDP category, as defined by the big analyst firms, seems too tightly bound to encompass many AI-driven aspects of extracting business logic, classifying data and supporting digital process flows from communications, forms and data feeds that never predictably fit neatly into templatized formats.
Infrrd doesn’t candy coat the fact that it takes a little time to build up a contextual machine learning model of what data applies to what business process for any given customer before it is able to roll without human supervision. That’s fine – they aren’t taking the vertical-specific solution template route here.
The demonstrated progression of general-to-industry expert confidence in predictions should be a best practice for any complex automation process that takes in and interprets highly variable data.
