An Intellyx Brain Candy Update
We last wrote about NETSCOUT in February 2021. In recent news, the company has rolled out nGeniusEDGE Server, a combination of its nGeniusONE packet-based analytics and nGeniusPULSE synthetic testing software. This new product is part of NETSCOUT’s Smart Edge Monitoring solutions.
The combination of synthetic testing and network packet monitoring gives NETSCOUT customers improved service assurance across headquarters, regional offices, home offices, remote employees, and contact centers.
nGeniusEDGE Server provides operators with visibility into both on-premises and cloud-based services at the business transaction level, with the ability to drill down to the packet level in order to troubleshoot any problem that might impact the end-user experience.
This product leverages NETSCOUT’s ability to enrich packet data, creating what it calls ‘smart data’ – information about application and network behavior that provides insights that only packet-level data can.
