Netreo offers a broadly functional hybrid IT management, service discovery, operations management and observability platform, with a form factor tailored to the needs of service providers and ISVs seeking to onboard and stabilize the varied on-prem and cloud infrastructures of their own business customers.
Since our last coverage of Netreo two years ago, the firm came out of a major equity funding event with a major expansion of its core monitoring platform, adding CloudMonix monitoring for Azure in 2020 and most recently, Stackify for multi-cloud metrics and tracing for developers.
The combined suite now provides per-user filtered dashboards for everything from root-level device health and cloud PaaS to middle-tier traffic and APM alerting into ITSM, ITOM & CMDB systems, to production-adjacent testing techniques like synthetic and real-user monitoring.
Automated threshold alerting policies and AI Ops-style data interpretation also help developers and operators offset the complexity of onboarding and tracking the ever-increasing number of devices and services coming into view.
