NinjaOne offers a well-integrated IT operations suite for both managed service providers (MSPs) and small to midsize enterprises that provides simple, easy-to-learn tools that cover most IT ops use cases.

NinjaOne’s modules include remote monitoring and management, patch management, software deployment, remote access, backup, service desk, IT documentation, and endpoint security.

NinjaOne focuses on supporting end-user devices (‘endpoints’), both for IT staff as well as limited self-service.

The company built each module with a shared common data model for exceptional coordination across the modules, providing sophisticated capabilities like automated support ticket creation, updates, and resolutions.

NinjaOne is especially useful for highly distributed workforces, like multi-location retail, field service, and companies with remote sales teams. This capability positioned it well for pandemic-era work from home (WFH) challenges as well.

NinjaOne doesn’t position itself as a cybersecurity vendor, but its patch management and endpoint security address many of the most common vulnerabilities facing its customer base.

NinjaOne runs exclusively as SaaS in the cloud. The company also offers a multitenant version for MSPs.
