Verity ES provides a data eradication solution for hard disk and solid state disk technology, primarily for data centers.
Software-based data eradication is especially useful when a company must return a drive, for example for warranty service or at the end of a lease.
Verity ES can also prepare drives for resale when the equipment is end-of-life but still functional.
The company uses various approaches to access drives with different types of problems, similar to how disk recovery software works.
Because Verity ES is a software-based solution, it won’t work on drives whose failure prevents even low-level software access. Data eradication for such failed equipment requires physical destruction.
