An Intellyx BrainCandy Update
Since our last update with Visier in 2021, the company has expanded on its workforce performance optimization and analytics platform with new AI-augmented PaaS capabilities which allow builders to design new apps atop contextualized employee data.
Of note is an active and passive listening “Workplace Dynamics” engine that interprets communication data across employee work and collaboration tools in order to make recommendations for improving efficiency, and simulating the impact and opportunity for gains through changes such as compensation, management or team structure, and other policy changes.
A new AI-enhanced “Skills Intelligence” feature helps companies sort through the inconsistent nature of benchmarking employee skills assessments, in order to understand how recruiting, retention, education and mentorship programs can better meet the needs of a growing business.
