Leveraging its internally built generative AI technology combined with its SAFe best practice data, the company has implemented Gembalytics. Gembalytics has no dependencies on any third-party tools.
Gembalytics takes customer input (from customer data sources as well as employee surveys) to generate custom recommendations for specific SAFe implementation problems those customers are facing.
Such surveys include freeform essay-style questions that Gembalytics can process to add greater specificity to its recommendations.
AgilityObjectives’ implementation coaches leverage Gembalytics recommendations as they work with customers to implement SAFe, as providing recommendations is only the first step in implementing them.
