Apica: Tuning telemetry, CX & synthetic data for observability

ApicaAn Intellyx Brain Candy Update

Apica has expanded on its customer experience observability, testing and simulation capabilities since our last briefing with them in 2021, providing deeper data analysis and AI-driven synthetic monitoring for a variety of telemetry signals.

Their recent acquisition of LOGIQ.AI adds new capabilities for ingesting and interpreting a heterogeneous telemetry data pipeline containing logs, network signals and endpoint activity into an data store that can train AI simulations that help development and operations teams plot out best and worst case scenarios for customer experience.

The combined solution can run as a cloud service or airgapped deployment to help populate pre-production environments with realistic scenarios in a DevOps context, or feed downstream observability and service management solutions for operators and SREs to proactively respond to future CX failures or flagging performance trends.
