An Intellyx Brain Candy Update
Since we last covered Forwrd in February 2022, the company has expanded its predictive decision support offering to revenue operations (RevOps) professionals.
Companies that want to use AI for predictive analytics must typically staff data science and AI experts. Business professionals must then request the information they require from these techies.
With Forwrd, however, business professionals can work directly with the platform to identify the data, policies, and success/fail conditions necessary to run their own predictive analyses, without resorting to the help of technical people.
As its first use case, Forwrd offers lead scoring for sales and marketing professionals. This capability gives the company early traction in the marketplace but is only one example of the power of the Forwrd platform.
Instead of providing pre-trained models (which are rarely one size fits all), Forwrd provides workflow templates for building and operationalizing models. As a result, each business user can configure the models they are using to meet their specific business needs.
With its recent acquisition of conversational AI platform company LoudNClear, Forwrd is now expanding its predictive capabilities to include unstructured text inputs.
