We began working with Intellyx in early 2020 to answer a key question – is there a relationship between process management and transformation (digital and business) and if so, what is the impact they have on one another when applied within an enterprise? Our latest report answers exactly that. Jason Bloomberg, President at Intelllyx explained it best by saying “Process management and digital transformation are crucial, yet complementary endeavors in companies today.
