Eccentex customers can build mobile apps including progressive web apps (PWAs), and such apps can run in offline (airplane) mode if necessary.
Eccentex evolved its low-code platform from a case management platform, giving it flexible workflow capabilities that are well-suited to customer service applications.
The company partners with call center software leader Genesys, and the combination supports both pre-built and custom customer service apps, as well as a range of other pre-built apps for vertical industries.
