An Intellyx Brain Candy Update
Since we covered the last announcement from Zoho in July 2021, the vendor has rolled out numerous additional apps and services to its flagship Zoho One business suite.
Several of these updates support unified, real-time insights for critical business decisions, including improvements in embedded and conversational BI, data preparation and management, and improved enterprise search.
Zoho is also offering work graph, a new back-end service that enables customers to build business-wide network graphs specific to each individual in an organization.
Additional updates include mobile application management and a new Zoho Commerce application that integrates with third-party payment gateways. Zoho is rounding out its list of new and enhanced apps and services with stronger collaboration and employee experience apps as well as an improved context-based, personalized user experience.
