An Intellyx Brain Candy Update
Since we last covered Visier in March 2023, the company has expanded past its HR-centric focus on employee experience applications to a platform that connects data about employees and their work.
There are two sides to Visier’s business: direct enterprise sales of its people analytics applications and its OEM (third-party white label) sales of its SaaS analytics platform to payroll providers and other firms that offer Visier’s analytics capabilities to their customers.
Visier has also added a generative AI chat interface, both to its applications and its OEM platform. This interface extends Visier’s analytics capabilities to a broader, less technical audience. The addition of AI has led to explosive growth, especially among its OEM customers.
The company is now focusing on incorporating work data from operational systems (CRM, ITSM, etc.) into its existing people data platform to better enable its customers to optimize productivity, engagement, and availability of talent – business benefits that extend beyond HR’s traditional focus.
