An Intellyx Brain Candy Update
We’ve covered Shortcut several times over the years, most recently in September 2022.
The company has long offered a project management tool it built specifically for software teams, including engineers and product managers.
To this tool, Shortcut is now adding Korey, an AI agent that turns rough ideas and other inputs across a variety of documents into stories or other summarizations of project information.
Engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders can use Korey’s familiar chatbot interface to ask a range of questions about one or more software projects.
Korey will then provide natural language responses with the insights personnel need to increase engineering velocity, streamline project planning, and provide greater visibility into projects in progress.
Korey essentially works like a project manager teammate with full knowledge about the projects in question to help teams with summarization, estimation, and story elaboration tasks.
