3CLogic: Expanding ServiceNow Integration for Unified Communications

When we last spoke with 3CLogic in May 2018, the unified communications vendor provided its integrated, cloud-based communications platform for ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and other platforms.

Recently, however, 3CLogic announced more extensive integration with the latest release of ServiceNow, providing a fully omnichannel solution (email, voice, and chat) for ServiceNow’s customer service and human resources products, as well as its well-established IT service management products.

3CLogic is also ServiceNow-certified and available in the ServiceNow store.
