An Intellyx Brain Candy Update
The just-released Visier NOW platform takes the firm’s horizontal workforce and enterprise performance analysis and planning capabilities and packages them as managed software and service offerings targeted for specific vertically-oriented business goals.
The first two offerings under this new platform strategy include a retention-focused module for improving employee satisfaction and reducing the causes of employee churn, and a guided diversity planning module to help companies deliver on their promises for equality and inclusion in the workforce.
True digital transformation always affects and involves human beings, so perhaps these targeted offerings can inform these underserved but critical aspects of business change with actionable insights and sensitivity.
