Cerebra offers a machine learning (ML) based platform that processes multiple internal and external data feeds, identifying patterns that provide recommended actions for achieving business goals for the retail industry.

Cerebra’s focus is on ecommerce. It integrates with any API-enabled data source, uncovering trends across customers’ ERP and CRM applications as well as customer support transcripts, web-based reviews, social media, and specialized data feeds like weather. It can also collect competitors’ public-facing information.

Cerebra than leverages ML to identify specific recommendations that will improve lift, conversions, or other business KPIs. The platform can also take action based upon these recommendations automatically should the customer desire, reconfiguring product pages or offering discounts on the fly or placing an order to replenish inventory, for example.

Cerebra targets retail ecommerce marketers and merchandisers rather than IT personnel. As such, its interface is strictly no-code and requires no technical knowledge of ML or AI to configure or run.

Cerebra trains its models with anonymized data from all its customers, giving each customer better insights and recommendations than they could achieve on their own.
