Arrcus: Hyperscale Multi-Cloud Networking for Data Centers, Telco Networks, and the Edge

An Intellyx Brain Candy Update

When we last covered Arrcus in September 2021, the company focused on networking for edge computing.

Today, edge is still part of its offering, but now Arrcus focuses on leveraging routing technologies to implement a global abstraction over data center and telco provider IP networks as well as edge computing, in particular, 5G networks – while abstracting connections to the cloud.

This hybrid networking landscape is extraordinarily complex, with multiple providers, protocols, and technologies. Arrcus resolves vendor and provider lock-in issues while establishing a seamless control plane abstraction for enterprises, telcos, and the service providers that serve them.
