Conviva: Adding GenAI Summaries, No-Code Activation, and Customer Journey Microflows to its Real-Time Quality-of-Experience Platform

Since we last covered Conviva in May 2024, the company has added three new capabilities to its platform.

Conviva leverages genAI to provide natural language summaries and a visual overview of results for every change, user, and session.

The company has also added the ability to activate new dashboards as well as to create custom flows and events with no coding necessary.

The third new capability is to provide insight into ‘microflows’ in each customer journey – essentially providing visibility into highly granular parts of the journey, for example, the quality of experience for a two-factor authentication step within the login process.
