Typewise offers an agentic AI platform that enables its customers to build and operate agentic customer service platforms via no-code, prompt-based agent configuration and orchestration.

The platform consists of an AI agent supervisor that coordinates and orchestrates specialist, knowledge, and action agents. These agents, in turn, interact with databases and SaaS applications to complete the tasks set out for them in the original user prompt.

Typewise supports multiple interaction channels, including chat, email, WhatsApp, and others. It maintains the user context across interactions via different channels and also maintains the conversational state over time across channels via either Typewise’s internal ticketing system or any third-party ticketing system Typewise’s customers wish to use.

Typewise customers can create and configure all components of this platform via a no-code, chat-based interface – including integrations with a variety of back-end systems. This ability to create and configure integrations using a chat-based agentic approach differentiates Typewise from earlier generation low-code integration platforms.
