Magalix accelerates the planning (day 0) and deployment (day 1) phases of enterprise Kubernetes rollouts by scanning the existing Kubernetes configuration and automatically making recommendations for optimizing capacity planning, security and policy configurations, and overall cluster and observability parameters.
At the center of the Magalix approach are ‘advisors’ which make recommendations based upon consolidated best practices. Magalix provides a number of such advisors, and customers can create their own as well.
Magalix also provides recommendations for Kubernetes clusters in production (day 2), although many of its customers are not yet ready for the day 2 phase. During this phase, Magalix constantly scans clusters for possible improvements across security, observability, compliance, resource utilization, and cost optimization parameters.
Magalix can also initiate automated remediations of suboptimal configurations for those customers that wish to automate such remediations.
