Deepgram’s proprietary model architecture and custom voice AI models are now mature, having gone through several iterations. The result is market-leading capabilities for both perception (understanding voice) as well as voice generation.
Other vendors provide speech-to-text and text-to-speech capabilities, but Deepgram’s speech-to-speech stands out, as it requires low latency, high efficiency, and full-duplex conversational abilities to present a human-like experience.
Deepgram supports ISVs, co-sell partners, and enterprise customers. In fact, if you’ve had a good experience with voice AI, perhaps at a drive-thru window or calling into a call center, then you’ve probably interacted with one of Deepgram’s partners’ or customers’ applications.
