Infobip offers a global cloud-based communications platform that provides simple API access to dozens of communications channels via connectivity to thousands of telcos.
The company also has over 40 data centers, giving it the power to bring together SMS, email, voice, WhatsApp, and many other communications channels, providing interconnection across channels and telcos and facilitating the construction of applications that cross channels.
Infobip enables application builders to create device-independent applications that operate across channels. For example, Infobip customer Uber is able to offer its services to WhatsApp customers without requiring them to have the Uber app or even an Uber account.
In other words, Infobip’s platform enables both B2B and B2C companies to abstract the communication channel entirely, giving end-users seamless functionality independent of the channel or choice of device.
