At last month’s Mobile World Congress, BMC presented its new Helix NetOps for CSPs solution.
This product extends its market-leading Helix IT Service Management (ITSM) offering with pre-built workflows for the network operations centers (NOCs) of communications service providers (CSPs).
This new offering provides improved automation that helps to break down process silos that lead to increased costs and poor service.
As a result, Helix NetOps for CSPs augments service assurance while reducing change management risk for CSPs.
